Prepare and prosecute domestic and foreign patent applications, perform patentability, clearance, and invalidity searches, prepare and review patentability, clearance and invalidity opinions. Review and advise clients regarding IP licensing agreements. Assist clients with IP due diligence and oversee due diligence reviews. Oversee proper ownership transfer of assets. Technology sectors include : aeronautics and aerospace (e.g. turbomachinery, avionics, fuel systems, optical systems, software systems, electrical systems, additive manufacturing); medical devices, systems and methods. Other technology experience: as power generation systems; computer hardware and software systems; and luxury footwear.

Worked closely with regional and town planners at the Lower Connecticut River Valley Council of Governments to help towns become certified through the SustainableCT certification program. Attended conferences regarding hot topics in land use law and legal ethics, attended planning and zoning commission and land use department meetings throughout the towns in the region. Participated in the editing and review of the Lower River Valley Regional Plan of Conservation and Development.
